A great media week for value fashion store Peacocks whose clothes saw a flurry of great features as temperatures dropped outside and snow covered most of the UK, some cool articles articles appeared in calibre titles like The Sunday Times iconic Style magazine.

The Telegraph captured the nation’s temperature this day with a Nordic flavoured fashion feature – and pictured in the fjord is a model in winter styles accessorised perfectly with the printed scarf from Peacocks’ excellent accessories range of items.

This week the Sunday Times featured the Pearl Lowe for Peacocks Christmas 2010 collection in its pages, saying some very complimentary things about the range – with the article showing some of the great dresses offered and the now famous Daisy Lowe modelling the pink pleated dress.

Celebs on Sunday featured the Pearl Lowe range too, with a picture of Daisy Lowe looking ultra chic in the bow detail dress. Elsewhere in Celebs on Sunday, pearl Lowe’s black alter prom dress was a hit in its celebration dress feature, while a piece on clutch bags included Peacocks black croc gem clutch as one of its hits.

And in Saturday’s Times Magazine, Hilary Rose writes about ‘why alter is perfect for parties…’ citing Pearl Lowe’s cocktail dress for Peacocks as a great example of an affordable alter design.

FIND RUNWAY MODELING AGENCIES:
You will need to submit your pictures (comp card) to modeling agencies who book High Fashion Models for High Fashion Runway Jobs.  You can find a list of the ideal modeling agencies at:  All Casting Calls (www.allcastingcalls.com).  Visit the modeling agencies websites and review their model search or new models submission guidelines.  Check to see if they require models to send in professional pictures or if models can simply send in a few snapshots.

RUNWAY MODELS NEED PICTURES:
Once you know what type of pictures you need in order to get a Runway Modeling Agent, you need to get some pictures to send.  If a modeling bureau accepts non-professional photos, have someone with a Polaroid camera take pictures of you or have someone take pictures of you with a digital camera.  Be sure to take a few headshot and full body shots to choose from.  Select your ideal pictures.  If a modeling bureau only accepts professional photographs and comp cards, you might want to find a photographer with good calibre work to photograph you.  Be sure to choose your ideal images to create a comp card (also known as composite card and zed card).

SEND PICTURES TO MODELING AGENCIES:
Once you have the type of pictures that the Runway Modeling Agencies require, send your pictures to modeling agencies.   Be sure to send your submissions correctly to modeling agencies.  To learn how, read the article below under “RESOURCES” that states HOW TO FIND MODELING AND TALENT AGENCIES.  The article will instruct you how to place together your modeling bureau submission package.

LEARN HOW TO WALK LIKE A MODEL ON THE RUNWAY:
In order to work as a Runway Model, you need to know how to achievement like a Runway Model.  Some modeling agencies will coach you, many might not.  You will need to know how to achievement the runway.  You can learn in a few ways:

-         Learn by asking a Runway Model to show you

I have explained here a set of tested and proven techniques that will save your hard work money. Let’s use my Techniques, you would thank me forever.

There are certain people acquire the same like we people but they seem to be more wealthy and happier. It is not the reason that they hardly spend their money; it is their secret that they spend their money smartly. On the other hand they do the same thing in a different way to save their hard working money. This money-making kit describes you various tested and proven ideas to save your precious money in many ways from your regular life budget.

Technique No 1.  Avoid cash shopping : Instead of Cash you might opt for a credit or debit card shopping. It is hassle free, saves your money burglary. You might sometimes get cash back from your shopping using your card. Contact your bank manager if you would have credit point for apiece shopping from your debit or credit card.

Technique No 2.     Do avoid credit shopping.   Do not confuse between credit shopping and credit card shopping.  

Credit shopping is something that a mortal purchases  goods from a merchant regularly and pay after a particular interval of time. Such as salaried households order regular grocery items from grocery shops with credit instead of actual cash. This is called credit shopping. This type of shopping exists basically in Asian countries.

You can’t get the discount price many times when you are taking on a credit. If an oil packet is of and you might get at on cash/credit card/debit card shopping but it might not be on credit shopping in maximum case.

Technique No 3.Don’t shop with your tiny kid. Yeah! It is the funniest techniques but remains powerful to all shoppers. Taking your children with you might cause unwanted purchasing which is more than necessary. You can’t forbid your kid to take a pricey toy in front of a shopkeeper.  You will find difficult to forbid your kid to buy a unwanted videogame which is at all not necessary!

Technique No 4.         Don’tgo for shopping with your office colleagues.  The secret behind this technique is the psychological effect of relative graveness produced in front of our official colleagues that tends you to buy pricey items than that of your budget.

Let me explain you.  Suppose you are out with your colleagues to buy a refrigerator for your home.  You have a budget of 0 only.  While shopping, your colleagues started explaining her own refrigerator which costs more than 0.  You will feel inferiority for your low budget of 0 if she started explaining her 0 refrigerator repeatedly.  This feeling of inferiority will create an urge to buy a 0 refrigerator which is more than that of your budget now!  This called psychological effect of relative graveness.

So why to go together! Superior and ideal is to go with your spouse!!

Technique No 5   Do not buy seasonal products at the beginning of a festive season.  

Avoid buying at the beginning if it is not so urgent.  This is a techniques based on the science of demand and supply. When more and more people tend to buy a particular category of product then its demand increases and supply remains as usual. So finally it causes increase in price.

For an example: Christmas coming shortly. You want to decorate with your home with artificial flowers. Ok. Nice plan. Then why to buy it just before Christmas? Why not to had it before 3 or 4 months?

Technique No 6.    Don’t go for shopping while you are hungry.Most people buy unwanted items while they are hungry.  It causes overburden in their budget. So you take measures to it .

Technique No 7.Make a meal plan weekly.   Purchase what you need as per your plan. You’ll  see an astonishing reduction in your budget.

Technique No  8.   Do a small home work before shopping.  List the items you want to purchase. Take the list to your shopping. Doing this you will get saved from purchasing unwanted items. Check it in your next shopping.

Mothers, especially new mothers, grandmothers, aunts, any doting female of the family love to shop for baby clothes. But because babies are very sensitive, it is very important that the type of material you purchase is not harmful to babies. But how do you find high calibre clothes for babies?

This can be a problem especially for moms who can't afford to purchase baby clothes. A family spends money not only on baby clothes, there are home or apartment rent, car, utilities, food, clothes, individualized products and cleaning products in the home and many more. And sometimes, buying for calibre baby clothes can become of low priority or importance.

Buying for baby clothes is not only limited to how lovable the clothes are, though most of the time this can be the case. Buying for baby clothes can be very difficult. You need to find clothes that are not dark or dreary, bright and obnoxious, or simply related to garish cartoon characters and offensive sports related things. And a lot of baby clothes nowadays, have these cartoon characters type design. Because of mass marketing, most of the clothes are also look alike, which is very discouraging. In looking for baby clothes, sometimes moms really have to focus on finding higher calibre brands and merchandise. Brands like Target, Baby Gap and Carter’s are good brands though they can cost quite a bit.

But if you don’t want to spend so much but still wants calibre clothes, there are a number of stores that parents can visit in looking for calibre baby clothes without spending too much money. There is also a second hand type store called Other Mothers, where you can purchase baby clothes and even sell the baby clothes that you already have but you don’t need. You can also search the world wide web for baby clothes. There’s Ebay, where they sell brand study children and babies’ clothing. You can also bid and save money in return. But when you’re buying and bidding in Ebay, just remember to acknowledge and figure in shipping and handling charges.
